Alberto Sodini, owner of the Firm, graduated in Economics and Commerce at the Sapienza University of Rome.
He is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome and the Register of Auditors; he is the Judge's technical consultant at the Civil Court of Rome.
He gained professional experience in leading tax studies with particular reference to M&A and national and international taxation issues.
Mr. Sodini holds positions as director and liquidator of joint-stock companies and is a member of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies of companies, including listed companies, operating in various sectors, holding companies and consortium companies.
